2. If you do not register for a Free PDF Sharing account, your files will be immediately deleted and your IP address will be banned. If you sign up more than once all your accounts will be deleted.

3. We or you may terminate your Free PDF Hosting account and remove your site from our listings at any time for any reason.

4. You agree to use our services at your own risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

5. We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service. We do not guarantee the availability of the service.

6. If you do not want to receive emails from us YOU must log in and delete your own account.

7. From time to time, we may, at our discretion, send special offers and service notices to clients VIA email. WE DO NOT DO THIS VERY OFTEN!

8. IF you need your PDF file online for more than 30 days and/or if your PDF file is larger than 2MB and/or you need to upload more than 5 files, a donation is required! PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR USERNAME IN YOUR DONATION SO WE CAN TRACK IT!

9. Non-donors' documents of any size will be removed in 30 days.
